Book NowWe offer a range of small group exercise classes targeted at different conditions so there is a class for all levels of function and goals. These classes consist of highly individualized, safe and effective exercises that are aimed at improving overall wellbeing, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, reduce your risk of falls and even improve memory.
All group classes are taken by a trained professional and can be adapted to an individual’s ability.
Your therapist will discuss with you your recommended frequency of individual sessions and group classes based on your assessment outcomes, and we understand that every client has their own individual goals, needs and preferences.
